UNDEFEATED Polish fighter Sylwester Walczak, who has a record of three wins and one draw, has been named as Bobby George’s opponent at the Bedford Corn Exchange on Friday, May 18, writes Mark Wood.
On the back George’s first round destruction of Phil Boyle, Walczak represents a higher class of opponent and should provide a good match-up for the expected sell out crowd,
George’s manager Mervyn Turner said: “We are stepping up in class all the time, it is getting harder to match Bobby as nobody wants to step into the ring with him.
“Bobby showed last time out that if you make a mistake he is going to punish you, he is so quick and his array of punch combinations is great.”
