POLICE are appealing for witnesses who may have spotted burglars who broke into a Dunstable school.
The incident happened between 10.20am and 10.50am on Saturday, April 28 at All Saints Academy, Houghton Road.
The thieves used a brick to smash a ground floor window and then searched an office before escaping with an HP laptop computer.
Officers are particularly keen to speak to two men who were seen in the area just before the break-in and were spotted running away soon afterwards.
The first was wearing a light-coloured top with the hood pulled up, light-coloured jogging bottoms and dark shoes and was carrying a dark- coloured rucksack on his back.
The second wore a blue top with the hood pulled up, light trousers and white trainers.
CCTV footage from the area is being viewed and officers also discovered blood at the scene which is believed to have come from the intruders.
Witnesses can contact PC Adam Bakewell, in confidence, on the non-emergency number 101, or text information to 07786 200011.
