UKIE-TOONES is staging a cockney-themed ukulele thrash evening in an Old London pub setting on Friday, July 13.
It takes place from 7.30pm at Totternhoe Football Club in Castle Hill Road.
Bring your ukulele (or they have a few to lend out!) or just come and sing-a-long. to more than 35 easy to play cockney songs. Songbooks are provided and songs are displayed on a large screen. Cockney fancy dress is optional.
Tickets are £6 (include a fish and chip supper) and money raised will be used to send out ukuleles to Kisumu School in Kenya via a school exchange with Cedars Upper School.
