CLASSIC cars and bikes will be heading to Dunstable again for a fourth annual rally this weekend.
The Dunstable Classic Motor Rally 2012 will take place on Saturday, June 9.
It’s all happening in the picturesque setting of Priory Gardens, awarded Green Flag status last year.
All vehicles will be on site by 10am and the show runs until 4.30pm.
More than 100 vehicles joined in the fun last year.
Now the organisers are hoping that this year’s event will be even bigger.
Liz Jones, chairman of Dunstable Town Council’s community services committee, said: “The Classic Motor Rally has become one of the town council’s most popular events, with people coming from miles around to either show a vehicle or to enjoy the day, looking at the many cars and bikes on show.
“This year’s event is sure to be another excellent free day out for everyone.”
And there is no charge for anyone wishing to show a vehicle, either.
Just pick up an application form from Priory House, in High Street South.
Or visit the council’s website at www.dunstable.gov.uk and download a form.
Fill in your details and then return your entry to Priory House.
Cream teas and other refreshments will be on hand at the Priory House tea rooms on the day.
