THERE is still space for one retailer to join the trial new once-weekly mini market now up and running in Houghton Regis town centre.
Stalls are currently in place on Fridays from 9am-3.30pm.
The mini market is based in the Bedford Square Shopping Centre.
May 4 was the launch date for the trial, which is set to run through to May 25.
Three stalls are already in place, and are selling fresh fruit and vegetables, handbags, purses and jewellery, and second-hand clothing for children.
If the trial period is a success, it is hoped that the mini market could become a permanent feature in the shopping centre.

Potential stallholders who are interested in joining in the market trial should have previous experience in running a stall or a small business.
