CENTRAL defender Will Antwi has left the Hatters after his contract expired.
Signed to help cover a defensive crisis during pre-season, Antwi played 12 times for the Hatters and scored twice, including the equaliser in the 1-1 draw at Mansfield Town in August.
More recently the 29-year-old Ghanaian defender, who Town signed following his release from Dagenham & Redbridge, enjoyed a successful loan spell at Luton’s Blue Square Bet Premier rivals Grimsby Town.
Town boss Gary Brabin said: “Will was an absolute model pro and one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet.
“He performed admirably during his time with us and we wish him well wherever is career takes him next.”
