BUSINESSES in rural areas are being warned to be vigilant after an attempted break-in at a Studham farm.
The incident happened at some point between 7pm on December 21 and 6.30am the following morning.
Now rural business owners are urged to contact police if their suspicions are aroused by vehicles or visitors in their areas.
Police say that a brick was thrown at a window at a building at the Dunstable Road farm.
An attempt was then made to climb in through the window, causing damage to property.
But the bid to get into the building was unsuccessful, and no items were taken.
