Kevin Pilkington: 6 – Got sucked into his near post for the goal and was otherwise largely untested.
Dan Gleeson: 6.5 – Looked much more solid, but the goal came from his byline.
George Pilkington: 6.5 – Largely assured, but concussion forced him off and Town paid the price.
Janos Kovacs: 7 – Flirted with danger at the death but was a tower of strength in defence.
Jake Howells: 7 – Neat and tidy throughout but needs to take the chance to shoot when it presents itself.
Keith Keane: 6.5 – Won plenty of ball in the middle first half and Town missed his combative nature as he filled in at the back second half.
Alex Lawless: 6 – Looked more like his old self, but cynical first booking was followed by an innocuous second.
Adam Watkins: 7 – Bursting with intelligent play first half and thwarted more than once by the keeper, but faded completely in the second.
Robbie Willmott: 6.5 – Getting closer to the menace he should be, just needs to produce the killer ball more consistently.
Aaron O’Connor: 6.5 – Pace caused problems and his header was dubiously chalked off.
Danny Crow: 7 – Knitted play well and netted a poacher’s goal.
Jamie Hand (sub): 6 – Eager to get stuck in, but far too many fouls saw him dismissed at the death.
James Dance (sub): 6 – Showed some energy but couldn’t impose himself.
Ryan Brunt (sub): 6.5 – Big and strong but the ball just wouldn’t fall for him.
