Staff from Tesco Extra in Dunstable are holding a Christmas charity craft fair to support Cancer Research UK on Sunday, December 2.
Tesco community champion Karen Linley and other staff will be at the Peter Newton Pavilion in Skimpot Road (behind Tesco) selling everything from homemade gingerbread houses to pet portraits.
They hope to raise £2,000 on the day, which runs from 10am to 4pm, and contribute to the £10million national fundraising target for Tesco this year. Karen said: “This is a fantastic opportunity to get some exclusive gifts and get involved in an exciting fundraising event, have fun and help support Cancer Research UK at the same time.”
