Remembrance events as towns honour the fallen

Dunstable and Houghton Regis will pay tribute to the fallen at Remembrance events on Sunday, November 11.

> In Dunstable, the parade of ex-service personnel and uniformed organisations will assemble in Grove House Gardens at 10.15am.

They will march via High Street North to High Street South, and on to the War Memorial in Priory Gardens.

Dunstable mayor Councillor Pat Staples will take the salute at Priory House. The Act of Remembrance and wreath-laying ceremony takes place at the memorial at 11am.

A short Remembrance service will then be held in Priory Church.
