NIGERIAN delicacies such as mashed casava and goat stew will be on the menu at a new restaurant featuring authentic African cuisine in Wellington Street.
Pade Restaurant opens on Friday (November 18) and the accent will be on low fat food.
It’s a new direction for owner Femi Akinpade (left), 44, a former datacoms engineer.
He said: “Perhaps it’s my age but I needed to do something just for myself. It’s been very enjoyable but a lot of hard work.”
