Midfielder Yaser Kasim is still at Luton Town despite missing the 2-0 victory over Nuneaton Town on Saturday, writes Mike Simmonds.
The on-loan Brighton midfielder started the 3-1 win over Southport before coming off the bench against Lincoln City and Braintree Town, but was nowhere to be seen at the weekend.
Boss Paul Buckle said: “He can’t play in the FA Cup, so we let him train with Brighton for a few days and he’ll be back with us shortly.”
Although assistant boss Paul Carden wasn’t in attendance either, Buckle was quick to point out he was still a major part of the coaching staff.
The boss added: “His wife just had a baby so that’s fitted in nicely with him looking at a few of the northern clubs for us.”
