Youthful Town striker Jake Woolley signed his first professional deal at the club last week as he was handed a two-year contract, writes Mike Simmonds.
The teenager, who made his league debut for Hatters last season, setting up Stuart Fleetwood’s equaliser in the 1-1 draw at Darlington, has impressed during pre-season.
Boss Paul Buckle said: “He’s got up to the level and he’s going to be a good player for Luton in the next few years and I was pleased to give him the contract he deserves.”
