COMMITTED attacker Dan Walker has revealed he never wanted to leave Kenilworth Road despite initially rejecting two contract offers this summer, writes Mark Wood,
Walker shone as Town triumphed 1-0 at Hitchin in their opening pre-season game on Monday night and asserted he had wanted to know that he was in manager Paul Buckle’s plans for the forthcoming season.
He said: “I never really wanted to leave the club at all, Luton’s where I belong and I love the club.”
