A DEVELOPMENT in Houghton Regis has been named ‘Best Sustainable Project’ at an awards ceremony.
The Sandringham Drive scheme of houses and a community and enterprise ‘hub’ was recognised at the Local Authority Building Control Building Excellence Awards.
The project was developed by Aldwyck Housing Group and Hill Residential.
