BIRD’S-EYE view images of Dunstable and Houghton Regis can now be seen online, from one of the earliest collections of aerial photography of the UK.
Britain from Above, at www.britainfromabove.org.uk, was launched on Monday by English Heritage and the Royal Commissions on the Ancient and Historical Monuments of Scotland and Wales.
It features some of the oldest and most valuable images, taken between 1919-1953, from the Aerofilms Collection.
