DUNSTABLE’S Summer of Music struck the right note with its launch event on Saturday, June 16, and attracted a great turn-out.
About 1,500 music fans headed to Grove House Gardens for the Dunstable Live! concert – and the best news was that it was all free.
Tribute acts entertained the audience from 3pm until 8pm.
And the theme was The Best Of British, to celebrate the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee.
On the bill were acts including Someone Like Adele, Billy Lee as Tom Jones, Tony Lewis as Robbie Williams, The Beatles Experience and Queen Bee.
Dunstable Town Council runs the Summer of Music programme.
