FOUR men were arrested on suspicion of theft on Friday (August 5).
A member of the public spotted the men at the bus stop in Turnpike Drive acting suspiciously and seemingly holding an elderly woman’s arm.
The passer-by spoke to the lady who said the men had taken her bracelet, so the police were called.
Officers arrested the men but the victim, described as about 70 years old with grey hair, had left the scene.
