A TEENAGER was robbed of his new bicycle at knifepoint during an incident involving a dozen youths in a retail park last month.
The 13-year-old was “doing a few tricks” on his bike with two friends at White Lion retail park on Friday March 23 at about 8pm when he was approached by about 12 males.
Four of them threatened the victim with violence – one produced what appeared to be a knife and demanded the teenager handed over his red-and-black Raleigh Bomber, which he did.
The knife-wielding youth is described as being of Asian appearance, 15 years old, 6ft tall and of athletic build.
Another is described as a white male, 14 or 15 years old, 5ft 7ins, medium build, with short blond messy hair.
The third was a black male, 14 or 15 years of age, 5ft 5ins, of skinny build with distinct black hair separated into little beaded bunches.
He spoke with an African accent and was wearing a black zipped hooded top.
The fourth was a male of Asian appearance, 13 years old, wearing a black Nike hooded top.
He was wearing a white zip-up hooded top, blue jeans and high top trainers, which were black, green and orange in colour.
