A CARD and a letter from the Queen expressed interest in a Dunstable music event in honour of her jubilee.
The messages went to organiser Judy Smither about the Festival of Singing on Saturday, March 31.
Entry is free. The event is from 4pm to 5.30pm at the Methodist Church, The Square, with the theme Songs From Around The World.
More than 100 performers will appear, including members of Serenata, the St Mary’s Singers, Dunstable Ladies Choir, Dunstable U3A Choir, The Chiltern Singers, Luton Road Wind Ensemble, St Mary’s Young Singers and Leagrave High Street Methodist Youth Choir.
