A BAKE sale has raised cash to buy chocolate treats for the Keech Hospice Easter egg hunt.
Central Bedfordshire College student Gareth Joyce ran the sale with fellow students on the Level 3 children and young people’s workforce course.
They aimed to raise enough to buy 300 Easter eggs for the children at the hospice.
Gareth, who helps at the hospice as a volunteer, said: “It is a brilliant charity and a great place to be a volunteer as the environment there is great and it is all for a good cause.”
His tutor Michelle Nelson said: “He is a real inspiration to others.”
