A SPONSORED skydive by a Dunstable family, to raise cash for treatment for little Lilly MacGlashan, is now going ahead this weekend.
The skydive is in memory of brave Hayley Spokes, 12, who died in 2008 after losing her fight against a rare childhood cancer, neuroblastoma.
Hayley’s parents Karen and Stuart, and her sister Natasha, 19, are planning the skydive to mark what would have been her 16th birthday.
Dunstable tot Lilly, two, is also battling neuroblastoma and has undergone treatment in the USA.
The Spokes family planned their high adventure for March 3, but adverse weather conditions led to the skydive being postponed. Now they hope it can go ahead on Saturday, March 17.
